Served for the past three years as senior advisor to the Armenian Ministries of Energy and Privatization on the corporatization and privatization of the country’s electric and gas utilities. Activities include assisting in the development of a wholesale power market and assisting the Energy Commission in establishing its regulatory policies and practices.
