ARK seeks to be an industry leader in the field of environmental due diligence. ARK's is capable of Phase I enviromnental site assessments. Additional due diligence services, from Phase II assessments through environmental restoration, often are expected to be contracted as follow-up to initial Phase I assessments.

Examples of ARK's qualifications in the area of environmental due diligence include:

• Active participation in the development of the ASTM guidelines for Phase I ESAs.

• Development of an ARK standard practice for Phase I ESAs which exceeded, in advance of development, the ASTM guidelines.

Quality Assurance and Quality Control

To maintain the company's high standards ARK has established an internal Quality Assurance and Quality Control program. The goal of this program is to establish a standard of practice within ARK so that Phase I ESA reports are consistent in style, organization, and content. Meeting Phase II Needs

ARK is well equipped to perform Phase II assessments and eventual remediation in addition to Phase I ESAs. This work typically includes the following ARK services, coordinated with the appropriate regulatory authority and organized into phases to suit the client's schedule and other needs:
